Why don't I See a Specific Appointment on My Schedule?

Your Personal and Business Schedule Settings may be configured to show only set hours of the day. Any appointments booked outside of this window will not be visible to you until you expand the hours that display. To view an appointment that may have been booked outside of the hours that your Schedule displays, adjust your the Display Options shown below.

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Setting the Schedule Settings icon.
  4. Adjust the hours under Display Options.
  5. Select Save.
