Removing client Tags

Removing a Tag from a single client record in your Client List

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Locate the client in your Client List.
  4. Select the Tag icon to the far right of the client's record. All Tags on the record will display.


  5. Select the x next to each Tag that you want to remove. 



  6. Select Save. The tag has been removed from the client's record.

    Note: Once a tag is removed from a client's record, the number next to each Tag group to the left of your Client List will also decrease by 1. When a Tag is no longer assigned to any record in your Client List, the Tag will be removed from your group of Tags.

Removing a tag from a client's individual record

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Locate the client in your Client List.
  4. Select + Add / Remove.

  5. Select the x next to each Tag that you want to remove.



  6. Select Save. The tag has been removed from the client's record. 



    Note: Once a tag is removed from a client's record, the number next to each Tag group to the left of your Client List will also decrease by 1. When a Tag is no longer assigned to any record in your Client List, the Tag will be removed from your group of Tags.
