If your client left a review for your business, but it is not yet displaying on your Personal or Business Listing, the review was likely left as Anonymous. Anonymous reviews may take up to 17 days to be displayed in order to protect the identity of the client and ensure the review is truly anonymous. If the client chose to be associated with the review, the review will show immediately on your Listing.
Note: Your business needs at least one public review in order for an Anonymous review to post. If your business has only Anonymous reviews, they will not display until a public review is left by a client.
