Understanding the Icons on Appointment Blocks

The icons on an appointment block denote important information about a Client's appointment.

What's included?

  • The Client's online booking source.
  • If it's a new or existing Client.
  • If and how the Client prepaid online.
  • If the Client selected any contraindications or medications on their Intake Form.
  • If notes or reminders are included.
  • If the appointment is part of a recurrence.
  • If more than one Service or Add-on is booked.

Each icon and what it indicates is listed below.

Online Booking Sources

[New - MB]: A new Client booked via your MassageBook Search Directory Listing. MassageBook uses the listed email address for each Client as their unique identifier to determine whether the Client is existing or new. By MassageBook's definition, a new Client is someone who books online using an email address not on file in your list. If a new Client books through the Search Directory, the appointment is subject to a service fee.
