Modifying a recurring Outcall or traveling appointment

If you need to make a change to a single appointment or multiple appointments in a recurrence, you can do so without individually modifying all appointments. 

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Locate the appointment on your Schedule by using the Date Selector or the Search Clients tool.



  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select Edit again.



  6. Choose whether you want to edit only this event, or edit all future events in the recurrence. (In this example, we will choose to edit only this event.)



  7. Make the change(s) to the appointment. (In this example, we changed the address on the appointment.)



  8. Select Save.
  9. The changes will be reflected on your Schedule. All future instances of the recurring appointment will remain the same unless edit all future events was selected.
