Removing Recurring Availability

Recurring Availability is based on day of the week, and the hours you set for that day repeat week to week. For example, adding Availability on Mondays from 8 am to 5 pm applies to all Mondays. To remove hours of work from your existing recurring schedule, follow the steps below. Note that the change will apply to all dates for the day of the week selected.

  1. Navigate to your Personal tab.
  2. Select Availability.
  3. Ensure you are on the tab marked Recurring Schedule.
  4. Select an existing time slot under Recurring Availability.

  5. Select Remove Availability.

  6. Select Save
